Alpha Safe warrants their GSA Approved Security Containers, are free from defective material and workmanship for a period of 18 months. The warranty period starts from the FOB delivery date. Alpha Safe will repair, or at its option, replace the parts or container without cost to the purchaser within a reasonable time after the report of defect has been made. The warranty is only for the original end user of the new security container and shall be void if the product is repaired, damaged or tampered with in any manner other than Alpha Safe’s authorized service personnel. If inspection by Alpha Safe does not disclose any defect covered by this warranty, the security container will be repaired or replaced and Alpha Safe’s regular service charges will apply. Alpha Safe’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the cost of products or services that were purchased. Under no circumstances shall Alpha Safe be liable to the purchaser or any other person for any consequential, incidental, economic, direct, indirect, general war, or special damages arising out of any breach of warranty. Alpha Safe makes no other warranties, either expressed or implied to their products.
