July 28, 2015 – In 2014, ISOO issued a notice with a new requirement: “GSA Approved” security containers and vault doors must now be procured through GSA Global Supply utilizing the appropriate National Stock Number.”
As there were some government procurement specialists who did not know of this new change, effective August 1, 2015, the manufacturers of GSA Approved security containers were issued a letter from the GSA. This letter prohibits us from selling GSA Approved Security Containers directly to the government. All government purchases must go through GSA Global Supply.
