Alpha Safe and Vault warrants GSA security containers are free from defects for a period of 1 year from the FOB delivery date. Alpha Safe and Vault will repair, or at its option, replace the parts or container without cost to the purchaser within a reasonable time after the report of defect has been made. The warranty is only for the original end user of the new security container and shall be void if the product is repaired, damaged or tampered with in any manner other than Alpha Safe and Vault’s authorized service personnel. If inspection by Alpha Safe and Vault does not disclose any defect covered by this warranty, the security containers will be repaired or replaced and Alpha Safe and Vault’s regular service charges will apply. Services shall be warranted for a period of 30 days. Alpha Safe and Vault’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the cost of product or services that were purchased. Alpha Safe and Vault makes no other warranties, either expressed or implied, to their products.
